Elenilson (he/him) joined LAANE in 2016 as the organizer for the Shop Well LA Campaign. He became LAANE’s Organizing Director in 2019.
Before LAANE, Elenilson worked with the New Orleans Worker Center For Racial Justice, and also worked with two labor unions, CSEA and the United Steelworkers. Elenilson has 23 years of organizing experience with worker centers and unions.
