Campaign Description: LAANE is currently seeking a full-time Workforce Development Specialist for our Climate Initiatives teams (LAANE’s RePower LA and Water Campaigns). Responsibilities include leadership on a California Workforce Development Board High Road Training Partnerships project related to union apprenticeships into LADWP positions. We are seeking a professional who will be able to work well with unions, community organizations, environmental and environmental justice groups, workforce development professionals, educational institutions, and public agencies.
