Rachel Rusch Rich oversees all aspects of the company’s TV development slate. At Bad Robot she has produced series such as Castle Rock, Lisey’s Story, Little Voice, and the Emmy-nominated Lovecraft Country, as well as documentary series such as Challenger: The Final Flight and UFO.
Prior to Bad Robot, Rusch Rich served as VP of Event Series for Fox Broadcasting Company, where she oversaw limited series and live events including Shots Fired, Prison Break, The X-Files, and Wayward Pines, as well as the Emmy-winning live musical Grease: Live. Before her move to Fox in 2015, Rusch Rich oversaw production for Amazon’s hit drama series, Bosch, for Fabrik Entertainment. Prior to that, Rusch spent five years at Fox Television Studios, where she oversaw development and production on FX’s The Americans, The Killing for AMC/Netflix, and USA’s White Collar.
Rusch Rich lives in Los Angeles with her husband Aaron and daughter Natalie. For being an instrumental partner in LAANE’s work to build a more equitable future for Los Angeles, Rachel was honored with the Gary Stewart Entertainment and Integrity Award at LAANE’s 2022 City of Justice Awards.
