Ana Guerrero is a political and organizational strategist with more than 30 years experience in running organizations, leading campaigns, building coalitions, and operationalizing public policy. As the Principal of Civitas Public Affairs, Ana helps mission driven leaders and organizations achieve their goals. Previously, Ana served as Chief of Staff to former Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti from 2008 to 2021. Ana was the proud recipient of LAANE’s Women for a New Los Angeles Award in 2017.
